Updated November 3, 2026 · Facts checked against official county court sources November 3, 2026 · By Melisa Mahoney, wedding officiant
The short answer: most of the year I officiate in and around Lake Havasu City, with travel included in town. Parker, Kingman and Bullhead City are $1 per round-trip mile from Lake Havasu City. In summer I’m based in northern Arizona and officiate in Williams and nearby Coconino County. An Arizona marriage license from any county is valid anywhere in the state.
Travel is $1 per round-trip mile, measured town center to town center by Google Maps on November 3, 2026. Your quote uses your exact ceremony location, and you’ll see it before you book.

- Coconino County asks for the signed license back within 10 days, and I return it well inside that. Ceremonies on national forest or park land may need a permit; we’ll sort that out when we choose the spot. My summer dates vary, so ask when you inquire.
